Wellesbourne Village Library
Joanna was invited to hold an event at Wellesbourne Village Library, Warwickshire, on Wednesday 19th February. She was interviewed by a wonderful lady from Warwickshire libraries named Laura, and performed several poems, both from Songs of Kindness and some new material never before seen!
The event seemed to be well received by the attendees, and the anonymous feedback was excellent.

Springboard Festival as part of the Word Weavers Collective
On Wednesday 14th May, Joanna performed a new poem, redlines, written specifically for the event at the Springboard Festival in Coventry. Held at the Criterion Theatre, Earlsdon, the group performed to a sold out audience, who definitely seemed to appreciate the variety of poetry presented.


Coffee Morning at Warwick Library
On Wednesday 4th June, Joanna spoke at a coffee morning in Warwick library. She read poems and talked about the background behind them, as well as her process. On the whole the audience were very receptive to the poems read.
